If you're looking for the romantic getaway there is no need to leave the room! All linen is provided with 1 towel per person, water, coffee, tea, milk and a complimentary wine ready to go. There is a shared kitchen downstairs with plenty of room plus an additional bathroom downstairs. If its just a quick 1-night stay, we can do that during the week or 2-night stay during the weekend! ! 4 nights minimum over Easter and Christmas. Off Peak: $130 On Peak: $160 Event rate: $190 Seasonal rate: $260 Cleaning fee: $130 NO guests allowed or children. We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we don't charge the bond out. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded. Owner lives in own private area, does not interact with guests.
