Your private suite is located up a grand staircase with the Morning Sunrise Suite situated on your right. Your suite has a smart T.V, WiFi, a comfortable lounge chair, a walk in robe and your own bar fridge where on arrival you will find water, milk, and wine ready to go! There is a shared kitchen downstairs with plenty of room plus an additional bathroom downstairs. All suites are private and individually keyed. Ducted air-con permanently set to 23 degrees with blankets and fans available in the room. TV - Paramount Plus We do 1 night stays during the week and 2 nights over the weekend, 4 night minimum over Easter and Christmas. NO guests allowed or children. All linen is provided with 1 towel per person, water, coffee, tea, milk and a complimentary wine ready to go. Off Peak: $130 per night On Peak: $170 per night Event rate: $280 per night Seasonal rate: $290 per night Cleaning fee : $100 includes kitchen We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we don't charge the bond out. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded. Owner lives in own private area, does not interact with guests.
