Come to Bribie Island and stay in this lake side 2-bedroom 1 bathroom duplex!
Boat Hound on the Lake is an open plan living with a comfortable lounge area, plus enjoy sitting outdoors overlooking the beautiful garden and spot the colourful Rainbow Lorikeets that play in the sun sheltered tree! There is a BBQ available for your use plus an outdoor eating area.
Enjoy a leisurely walk along the waterfront and stop off at the amazing 'Sunset Pier' Café for your coffee or meals. Next door is Sylvan Beach Seafood for your fish & chips or across the road is the Bribie Island Hotel. Only 20 minutes' walk across the bridge or a 3-minute drive to Sandstone Point Hotel.
If you are bringing your boat, the boat ramp is just 1 minute drive to the waterfront.
This holiday home features a main bedroom with a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, plus the main bathroom. There are ceiling fans in bedrooms.
The kitchen is supplied with everything you need, plus tea, coffee, sugar and milk pack to get you started. A washing machine and dryer is available (coin operated)
While visiting Bribie Island this is the place to relax! It is so peaceful you can't look any further!
Please note there is no Wi-Fi available. Air Con, washing machine/Dryer is PAYG and is not included in tariff ($2 for 4 hours)
$30 per night per pet.
Off Peak $150 per night 2 night minimum
On peak $200 per night
Event $300 per night
Christmas $350 per night 4 night minimum
Cleaning fee - $150

We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we don't charge the bond out. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.
