Waters Edge is a luxurious holiday home located in Banksia Beach! Best of both worlds, morning coffee watching the sunrise over the pool, plus beautiful sunsets over the canal with your favourite drink!

This is a getaway in paradise and is the perfect destination for your next holiday. This beautiful home is high quality and modern, the property features include 4 double bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms (including Ensuite), open plan kitchen, dining and lounge, butler's pantry, and media room + study, is located on canal.
Sit down and enjoy a meal at the modern dining table while the beautiful breeze flows through the canal home! Waters Edge features a fully equipped kitchen that includes a microwave, kettle, toaster and is packed with all the essentials! Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and water is all provided to start you off.
You will also be provided with a complimentary pack of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash for your stay, all linen is provided plus 1 towel per person plus beach towels.

The home has central air conditioning for the warm summer nights and heating for the cooler days!

Relax outside on the alfresco area, or a swim in your own pool overlooking the canal. The property includes a double lockup garage for you to use during your stay.

Off Peak: $440 per night
On Peak: $540 per night
Events: $840 per night
Seasonal: $840 per night
Cleaning Fee: $300 per stay

We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we don't charge the bond out. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.
