Starting with plenty of room for the family to about or be close with deducted air conditioning throughout, with the master bedroom presenting a large ensuite and a walk in wardrobe.
The other two bedrooms house a double bed in bedroom two and bedroom three has two single bed.
The lounge room has a comfortable leather sofa and a flat screen TV with Foxtel. The kitchen is open over looking the canal. The kitchen has plenty of kitchen ware for all family occasions and has beautiful views over the outdoor area and canal.

The large outdoor area is an entertainer's delight as it has multiple seating areas on different levels with both private areas and areas with views of the canal. The entertaining area or another living room provides a pool table, lay down sofa and TV to relax and enjoy your holiday!

The outdoor area has a great sized pontoon to moor your boat to or even to enjoy fishing from. The location is great for boaties as it has very quick access to the Bribie Island passage.

You are only minutes' drive from all of Bribie Islands attractions including the beach, jetty, shops, cafes and clubs and public transport is only around the corner. This is a very unique holiday home and will be a perfect fit for your next family holiday.
