As a vendor, Archie has been an excellence and a wealth of knowledge to me in the sale of my first home. Arch always kept me in the know, and went to great lengths to meet conditions and requirements I had (within reason). Archie worked hard and achieved a sale price of more than I was wanting.
Everything was explained very well and to my understanding, any questions I had were answered instantly. I was shown the best marketing techniques along with pros and cons of each idea. Very professional agent, who never let me down, always kept to his word and schedules, and did in depth research. If anything were to change I was informed asap. In the 6 days it took to sell my home, it felt like I had known Archie for almost a life time. You'll be crazy not to give Arch a call.
